All prices are in EUR and are valid for renting an apartment per day. Prices are informative and may change.
All prices include VAT Tourist tax and cleaning are not included in the price. Reservations at all times are possible for at least 3 nights or by agreement.

Surcharges
Tourist tax per day per person: adults 2,50 EUR; children from 8-18 years old 1,25 EUR; children 0-7 years free of charge
Cleaning: Apartment 1 ,2 and 4: 100 EUR; Apartment 3: 130 EUR

Bookings and payment
Upon confirmation of reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount to the following account:

INVENT d.o.o; Stanežiče 9a; 1210 Ljubljana; IBAN: SI56 0222 2001 6772 421; BIC of the bank: LJBASI2X. Your reservation date is only confirmed upon receipt. The rest of the reservation is paid with cash upon arrival at the accommodation.

Cancellation
Guests can cancel bookings free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged an amount of 30% of the total price if canceled within 30 days before arrival. In the event of no show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.
